AN inclusive music festival is to be held in Thurrock at the Grangewaters centre later this year.

'Tagfest' is described as a one of a kind, fully inclusive music festival showcasing talent, as well as offering exposure to all that Thurrock has to offer for people with disabilities.

There will be mascots, character meet and greets, music therapists, a chill zone for those who require some sensory down time, open mic, and lots more including inflatables and other fun activities for all ages to enjoy.

The festival, set to take place at Grangewaters on Saturday, 14 August, has been run by the ACE Group for the past two years. The ACE Group provide social activities for disabled adults throughout Essex.

Tickets are £6.50 per person (under 5's free but still require a ticket) and can be booked online via this link, which also included Covid guidelines.

Ticketing is supported by the Thameside Theatre. If you need assistance contact the box office on 0345 300 5264 from Monday to Friday between midday and 2pm. The box office counter is currently closed. Alternatively, email [email protected]

If restrictions mean that this event cannot go ahead tickets will automatically be transferred to a new date.
