AS part of their ongoing efforts to raise police profile in Stanford-le-Hope and Corringham, officers were out and about in the two communities on special patrol yesterday (Friday, 6 December).

Officers from Essex Police's Thurrock Local Response Team conducted high visibility patrols in and around the two town centres.

A statement said: "This tasking was part of the ongoing work to identify, enforce and prevent recent concerns of anti-social behaviour.

"We're pleased to confirm that no incidents were reported to us and nothing of note occurred during these patrols which commenced early afternoon into the early hours."
