THE operators of a fleet of tankers are seeking retrospective planning permission for new offices at the Titan Lorry Park in West Thurrock – which it wants to use for at least the next 20 years.

The building is used by Hoyer Petrolog UK Ltd, who require office and driver welfare facilities to safely operate its tanker fleet at the park.
