What - Slow flow, Breath Centred Yoga for Self Care & Relaxation

Suitable for Beginners, Every "Body" Welcome

Why - Yoga Improves Flexibility, Strength, Posture & Balance. Reduces Anxiety, Tension & Stress. Encourages Relaxation, Sleep Quality & Breathing, Improves Focus & Mental Clarity

Wear - Wear light and comfortable clothing, which allows you to move freely. Layers are advisable as you will become warm during your practice but will cool down during relaxation. Practice is with clean bare feet or you can purchase special non-slip socks

Bring - You will need a mat to practice on, use of props is encouraged, blocks bring the floor up to meet you, a strap lengthens your reach, a folded blanket can lift your seat or soften your knees as well as keeping your warm during relaxation at the end of the class
