Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing and submitting planning applications for new and existing holiday park developments. Conduct research and analysis on local and national planning policies and regulations. Support senior planners with site appraisals and feasibility studies. Liaise with local authorities, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth planning processes. Contribute to the design and implementation of sustainable development strategies. What We're Looking For: A relevant degree in Town Planning, Urban Studies, Geography, or a related field. A passion for the leisure and tourism sector, with an interest in holiday park development. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a small team. Eagerness to learn and develop within a supportive environment. Our client, a Market Leading Property Management organisation, are currently on the search for a Night Duty Manager to join their team at their large public building in Grays, Essex.

We require Class 1 drivers (CE) for our client in Grays, Essex. The work involves picking up containers from Tilbury/Purfleet and drop them to the site. There will be short journeys, with around 5 drops a day. No hard work involved, just coupling & uncoupling the trailers and doing all the necessary safety checks. Class 1 Containers experience is ideal but not mandatory as they provide training on the site. PAYE or Umbrella only.
