After a very challenging year, I think we could all do with hitting the "RE-START" button!

We will be using the wall for support, to help our BODIES re-balance, re-align and re-charge, whilst using our pillows to allow our MINDS to re-set, re-store and re-juvenate

Putting the past behind us, and moving forward with a new, positive and refreshed mindset

These 2hr sessions will be held on

SUNDAY 13th JUNE at the Drake Community Centre, and you can choose between the two different times below;

2.45pm - 4.45pm

OR

5.00pm - 7.00pm
