We're looking for a Logistics Administrator to play a key role in supporting daily transport operations. From driver scheduling and costings to paperwork and compliance, you'll be the behind-the-scenes force keeping everything on track. If you have solid logistics experience and a proactive mindset, this is an excellent opportunity to grow within a supportive, no-nonsense team.

• Creating accurate daily costings and allocating charges across sites

• Building and distributing efficient driver schedules

• Preparing job packs and dispatch paperwork

• Raising purchase orders for third-party hauliers

• Liaising with internal teams, suppliers, and live job sites

• Submitting movement orders for wide loads/STGO

• Downloading/uploading tachograph data for compliance reviews

• Supporting transport planning and day-to-day logistics operations

• Previous experience in logistics administration or a transport office

• Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask under pressure

• High attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach

• Clear, professional communication skills

• A team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently when needed

• Familiarity with the construction or plant industry

• Understanding of Driver Hours & Working Time Directive

• Awareness of FORS standards and transport compliance
