The Role:

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on commercial and residential premises Location: Thurrock primarily Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Requirements:

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in plumbing (or equivalent)

Proven track record in commercial building maintenance and installations.

Full UK driving licence.

GasSafe preferable - Training provided
