Our client is looking for a confident and ambitious Business Development Executive to join their growing sales team in Basildon. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 2 years' sales experience who enjoys a fast-paced environment, thrives on targets, and wants genuine earning potential and progression.

This is a full-time, office-based role within a sociable and high-energy team where success is recognised and rewarded.

You'll be responsible for speaking with businesses, generating new opportunities, and managing relationships throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities include:

• Reaching out to prospective business clients
• Building and managing a pipeline of new opportunities
• Developing strong client relationships
