Job Description

Hands-on Testers required for Digital Portal & Transaction Processing aspects for Merchant Acquisition and Payment processing projects within QEA. Should be familiar various testing methodologies, use of critical tools like JIRA or HP Quality Centre as well as have an overall understanding of the Payments processing life cycle. Prior experience with a Payment Provider or Payment Processing client would be beneficial. Will be responsible for functional and automation testing or various projects and programmes. Attention to detail, should take initiative and clear communication is necessary.

Desired Experience:

Minimum 5-6 years of experience

Experience with POS Terminals (PAX, Ingenico, Clover) testing, Transaction Processing, Card Schemes (VISA/MC/Amex/Diners/JCB etc.), Card Simulators, Digital Portals, ETL (SQL/ODI) would be beneficial

Fulfils the requirements from the team, project or programme (higher project organization unit).

Collaborates with members of his and other Fiserv teams and together fulfills delivery and quality assurance goals.

In collaboration with Technical and Business teams he prepares and executes the test scope.

Leads or takes part in meetings about quality assurance, test results and software delivery.

Provides regular situational and status reports to responsible employees and teams.

Collaborates and communicates with employees and clients of Fiserv.

Designs, develops or executes Integration tests, System tests (functional and non-functional), System integration, Regression and (User) Acceptance tests of applications and systems.

Analysis requirements, plans and prepares tests and test scenarios (manual and automatic)

Executes tests (manual and automatic), analyzes test results, provides solutions for defects solutions and provides defect reports to responsible persons and teams.

Executes static and dynamic testing of applications and systems.

Translates functional requirements into the test automation requirements and then into the automated test scripts.

Actively participates in all phases of software development life cycle - Analysis, Design, Implementation, Test, Production deployment and production maintenance.

Uncovers and implements new test tools and test approaches.

Actively participates in sharing knowledge and building Fiserv community
