I am currently recruiting in behalf of a well established client in Grays, Thurrock for a permanent Security Supervisor. The hours are a 4 on 4 off rotational pattern based on 2 shifts 6am - 6pm and 6pm - 6am. The role is paying 36,686 per annum and you MUST have an SG/DS License AND a CCTV License.

The role will include

• Working alongside management to implement company policies and changes
• Leadership & Motivational skills
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Be involved in recruitment and training of staff
• Be computer literate

The ideal candidate must have

• A Security & CCTV License
• A proven track record in a similar supervising role
• The ability to work as a team and on your own initiative
