• Lead and manage waste collection teams.

• Ensure timely and efficient waste collection services.

• Coordinate daily routes and schedules.

• Maintain communication with team members and supervisors.

• Address and resolve any operational issues promptly.

Person Specifications Must Have:

• Previous experience in waste management or similar field.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work well under pressure.

• Valid driving license.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of local waste management regulations.

• Experience in route planning and logistics.

• Basic computer skills.
