The Role The Mobile Supervisor provides operational support across multiple sites and regions, helping to ensure cleaning standards, compliance, and staffing requirements are maintained.This is a shared operational resource deployed where needed to support Regional Operations Managers, Site Supervisors, and Cleaning Operatives.No two days are the same. You may be carrying out audits, supporting a new contract mobilisation, providing emergency cover, training staff, or assisting with service improvements. Key Responsibilities Operational Support Provide operational support across multiple sites as directed Carry out site visits to ensure cleaning standards and contract specifications are being met Support Regional Operations Managers with service delivery and issue resolution Provide short-term cover cleaning where required Assist with emergency staffing requirements Quality & Auditing Complete quality audits and site inspections Identify issues and support corrective actions Ensure standards remain consistent across supported sites Provide feedback to Regional Operations Managers and the Contracts Operations Manager Training & Inductions Deliver on-site inductions for new employees Support refresher training and standards reinforcement Ensure employees understand site-specific requirements and company procedures Compliance & Documentation Assist with maintaining site documentation Support compliance with Health & Safety, COSHH, RAMS, and company procedures Report any compliance concerns or operational risks immediately Communication & Support Act as a professional point of contact whilst on site Work collaboratively with Supervisors and Cleaning Operatives Escalate operational concerns where appropriate Support contract mobilisation and service improvement projects What We're Looking For Essential Previous commercial cleaning experience Full UK Driving Licence Strong understanding of cleaning standards and quality expectations Ability to work independently across multiple locations Good communication and people skills Reliable and flexible approach to work Good computer and mobile app skills Desirable Previous supervisory experience Experience carrying out audits or inspections Knowledge of COSHH and Health & Safety requirements Experience training or inducting staff What Success Looks Like Consistent cleaning standards across supported sites Effective support provided to Regional Operations Managers Successful inductions and staff training Reduced quality issues and complaints Strong compliance across all supported sites Positive feedback from clients and management What We Offer Salary range of £14,040 - £28,080 per annum £13.50 per hour Guaranteed minimum of 20 hours per week Opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week Company vehicle provided Ongoing training and development Career progression opportunities Supportive management team Variety of work across multiple sites and contracts Working Hours Guaranteed minimum of 20 hours per week Opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week Monday to Friday Flexibility required to meet operational needs The nature of the industry means early mornings, evenings, and weekends may be required Job Type Permanent Part-Time / Full-Time Field-Based Work Location Primarily Essex, Hertfordshire and Kent, with occasional travel to other regions as required by the business.Pay: £14,040.00 per yearWork Location: In
