A CALL has gone out for volunteers to help at Thurrock Foodbank next month.

The charity is having a 'sort out week' at its headquarter in Corringham and hope local folk will go along to help.

Sandra Sawle of the charity says: "We need people to help date and sort food at our warehouse at 2-4 Chase Road.

"We will be there on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 18, 19 and 20 February from 9.30am to 3.30pm.

"If you are able to help please email Helen on [email protected]."
