ROH Apprenticeships

Want to work in the performing arts? Are you a keen team player who thrives under pressure? Are you looking for a new learning experience?

We're delighted to be offering …

The Royal Opera House stages more than 500 performances a year, and we strive to attract top talent to support us as a leader in performance arts. We want to give everyone the opportunity to get involved in this creative, exciting and growing industry and we think apprenticeships are great way to get started. An apprenticeship gives you the practical skills and knowledge that will underpin your professional development, as well as a recognised and transferable qualification.

What our apprentices say:

"It has taught me invaluable on-the-job experience that textbook learning cannot provide."

  • Costume Making
  • Events
  • Hair, Wigs and Make-Up
  • Scenic Carpentry
