AFTER last year's very successful 'virtual' Christmas concert online, the Rotary Club of Grays Thurrock has produced a live 'for one night only' charity Christmas concert this year.

All profits will help worthy local causes.

The concert, which will feature the nationally-renowned Aveley & Newham Brass Band, along with perennial favourites the Thurrock Mosaic Choir will be held on Monday, 13 December at the Thameside Theatre in Grays. As usual, local young musical talent will be given the opportunity to star on stage and to showcase their instrumental, vocal and dancing skills.

A statement from the club says: "We wish to champion the Thameside at this difficult time.
