A colourful end to borough festival

By Nub News Reporter 6th Jul 2023

HIGH House Production Park in Purfleet-on-Thames will be bursting with colour, music and art this Sunday, 9 July (12pm – 5pm) as the site welcomes a unique immersive experience called Colourscape alongside the finale of Thurrock's T100 Festival

Colourscape is a large-scale air-supported sculpture of connected chambers which visitors move through freely.

They will hear music played on unusual instruments and experience changing colour in a unique journey of the senses.

The T100 Sounds Festival will culminate at High House with an afternoon of music from local performers and musicians.

And with new artworks from local artists Lata Upadhyaya and Steve Lawes being unveiled plus a new community natural dye garden in an unused area of the Park being open, it's an opportunity to explore the beautiful surrounds of High House.

The event is free to attend, but access to Colourscape costs £2.50 for adults and £1 for children and concessions.

Advance booking for Colourscape is essential by visiting:  https://www.ticketsource.co.uk/colourscape-music-festival/e-ebldza

Sunday 9 July, 12noon to 5pm
