A128 blocked following three vehicle crash near Orsett Cock junction

THREE vehicles were involved in a collision on the A128 (Brentwood Road) following a to the Orsett Cock junction.

Essex Fire and Rescue Service gave details of the incident, saying: "We were called to Brentwood Road, Orsett today at 7.44pm.

"Three vehicles were involved in a collision, but no-one was trapped.

"Two crews assisted the police and ambulance service and left the scene at 8.25pm."

East of England ambulance Service reported: "We sent two ambulances and took one person to Basildon and Thurrock Hospital for further care."
