STAFF at Harris Academy Chafford Hundred have been celebrating the success of students in the class of 2026 after exam results were announced today (Thursday, 13 August).

Top universities beckon for many students and a spokesperson for the school said: "Congratulations to our Year 13 students collecting their results."

Those celebrating include:

· Meg, with A* A* A in English Literature, History and Psychology and has secured a place at Durham University to study Psychology. We wish her all the best for her continued studies, particularly as she hopes to achieve a PhD in Psychology in the future.

· Ivan with an outstanding A* A* A* in Economics, Further Mathematics and Mathematics. Ivan will continue his studies in Mathematics at the London School of Economics.

· Lewis, a star mathematician, with A* A* A in Mathematics, Further Mathematics and Economics. Lewis will continue his studies in Mathematics at the University of Warwick.

· Oscar, with A* A* A in Mathematics, Psychology and Economics and a place at the University of Warwick to study Accounting and Finance. We are incredibly proud of Oscar and his seven-year journey with us at HACH.

· Mudathir, with A* A B in Law, History and Economics. He will continue his studies in Law at the University of Nottingham.

· Aston, with A* A* A C in Mathematics, Economics, Further Mathematics and Business. Aston will continue his studies in Mathematics at the University of Warwick.

· Zoya, with A* A B in Art, Mathematics and Biology. She will continue her studies in Architecture at the University of Bath.

· Tom, with A* A Distinction in Business, Geography and Sport. He has secured a place at the University of East London to study Sport and Exercise Science.

· Louis, withA A A in Law, History and Politics. He will continue his studies in Law at the University of Birmingham.

· Annabella, with A A B in Psychology, Biology, and Sociology. Annabella will study Law at the University of Nottingham.

- Meshaun, with A A B in History, Law and Religious Education and will be studying at a top Russell Group University.

· Chloe , with A A B in Psychology, Economics, and Mathematics and a place at the University of Bristol to study Economics and Management.

The spokesperson added: "We are also incredibly proud of our students who have secured a fantastic range of apprenticeship offers.

"Among them is Alannah, who will undertake a degree-level apprenticeship in specialty insurance with Velonetic.

"Alannah secured this exciting opportunity after engaging with an external company that visited the school to deliver an assembly, highlighting the valuable opportunities that can arise from making the most of every experience."
