Air ambulance assists at Grays emergency

THE Essex and Herts air ambulance landed at Nutberry Playing Fields in Stfford Clays early this evening (Wednesday, 18 August).

The air ambulance landed and medics travelled by road to the scene nearby of an emergency.

A statement from the air ambulance service said: "Air Ambulance was tasked to assist EEAST, with a female medical emergency.

"Teams worked together on scene to optimise patient outcome. The patient was transferred to a specialist hospital for ongoing treatment."
