All set for a cracking night!

Wax a Wallace!
Wax a Wallace!

MEMBERS, visitors and supporters of St Luke's Hospice are in for a craic at an event this evening (Friday, 8 August) at the East Thurrock Community Association (ETCA) club on Corringham Road, Stanford-le-Hope.

Club member John Wallace will be experiencing the pain (or pleasure) of a full body 'sack, back and crack wax' to raise funds for St Luke's Hospice.

The treatement will be performed by a qualified expert and taken in the sanctity of a small room at the club - but the viewable elements will be broadcast to the club's big screens so members can enjoy the fun.

Already members have committed more than £600, smashing John's initial target of £500 but it is hoped to add even more.

Anyone who wishes to do so can contribute via this fundraising link, with monies going straight to St Luke's: https://www.justgiving.com/page/jason-sigournay-1754660432685?newPage=true&fbclid=IwY2xjawMC9RhleHRuA2FlbQIxMABicmlkETBLUDc3UmtiRFVUUk9STG5BAR5GqQ1B-QHZ7Q3T12sPHp92xzlJ7Waj6Xv_4JJ6H3e1aSbqAD2Q4INsMyUP-w_aem_-0VpRAVcZNf3m3SAv9x1Vw#sharePage
