PLANS have been submitted to Thurrock Council to turn another disused town shop in Grays into flats.

Over recent years there have been a number of similatr applications, several of which have been refused as the council tries to keep the retail element of the town centre alive.

The latest application is to create four one bedroom flats with bathroom, kitchen and living room on the site of the former CBS Furnishings shop on Cromwell Road.

The full application (and the opportunity to comment) can be found via this link.
