ANOTHER application has been submitted to develop a plot of land in Stanford-le-Hope.
Several schemes have been approved in recent years for the site, which is described as an area of overgrown vacant open space adjacent to Fairview Chase, Fairview Avenue and St Margaret's Avenue. Four schemes, varying in size from seven to nine apartments have been approved since 2014 but the latest application is a bid to squeeze even more homes into the plot. Designers A9 Architects Ltd have drawn up plans for six two-bedroom apartments and five one-bedroom apartments.
