THURROCK Council is being asked to approve plans to knock down a home on a borough road and replace it with another dwelling – and a block of eight apartments.

The proposal is for a site at 72 Fobbing Road in Corringham where it is planned to demolish an existing dwelling and construct of the apartments in a block on the site.
