PLANS have been submitted to Thurrock council to build a new detached home on the site of a small garage in the heart of Stanford-le-Hope.

The application is for a two storey four bedroom building on land off Corringham Road.

The site is currently used as a commercial unit on ground floor and residential on upper floors with large rear yard. The proposed building is located within the rear yard of no.14 and accessed via a drive from Corringham Road.

AN application has been made for a new home to be built on part of a plot on a Thurrock residential estate.
