Bike thefts and assault in heart of Grays

POLICE are appealing for witnesses and information following the theft of bikes and an assault in Grays.

A yellow mountain bike was taken from outside the railway station and a black mountain bike from outside South Essex College on the High Street.

A man was also assaulted outside the college on Sherfield Road.

All the incidents took place between 3.50pm and 4.20pm yesterday (Saturday, 8 July).
