Bill's long service is recognised

TILBURY man Bill Adams recently celebrated 25 years working for Ockendon-based H W Wilson as a decorator.
As is the custom upon reaching such a milestone Bill was presented with an inscribed gold watch by managing director Peter Wiffen and finance director Kelly Thorn before being taken for lunch.
Mr Wiffen said: "It's rare nowadays to acknowledge such anniversaries in the workplace but I'm pleased to say that Bill is one of many that have reached 25 years at H W Wilson and the next few years will see several more employees reach this milestone."
