STUDENTS from Thurrock-based JTD Arts recently took to the stage at London's O2 Indigo Arena as special guest performers, delivering an energetic and inspiring showcase of street dance routines.
With a group of 10–15 talented dancers, aged between five and 16, including children with special educational needs, the team brought the house down with their lively street mix performances — getting the audience on their feet and filling the venue with excitement.
Vickki Jarmyn, Director of JTD Arts, expressed her immense pride in the group's hard work and passion, saying: "I'm absolutely blown away by how dedicated and determined all our students were. I certainly look forward to more opportunities like this.
"At JTD, we believe the stage should be a fully inclusive experience. Dance classes should be open to everyone — age, ability, or gender is no barrier to ambition. We'll always strive to ensure our children shine with their names in lights."
"We would also like to thank the NEA awards for having us and cannot wait for our next adventures."
Based at Thurrock Rugby Club, Long Lane, RM16 2QH, JTD Arts offers a wide range of classes for all ages, including adult sessions.
