Update: Bridge closure backs traffic up

  1. 30pm. Highways England report cause as a vehicle obstruction and say congestion is beginning to clear.

12 noon: The QEII bridge is currently closed (cause unknown).

Traffic us backed up in the M25 and approach road. Updates to follow.
