THURROCK Council is to reintroduce brown bin collections across the borough next month.

The collections will taking place every two weeks which will restart from Monday, 8 March.

Collections had been suspended due to COVID-19 rates and the need for staff to self-isolate when advised.

You can find out which week in the fortnightly cycle your collection will take place via this link.

Last May the council switched the garden and kitchen waste collections to a fortnightly basis.
