Bus driver is subject of investigation after getting trapped on train crossing

AN Ensign bus driver is under investigation by the company after his double decker vehicle got trapped on the tracks at Purfleet.

A statement from the company says: "The driver concerned is currently being dealt with to the fullest extent of our disciplinary procedure."

The incident happened this morning (Thursday, 27 June).

No one was injured in the incident.
