Charity fundraiser in Grays is a sweet effort

SUPPORTED by Grays Morrisons store, the Lightship Cafe at Grays Beach has been playing host this week to a Macmillan Cancer Support sale of goods and a week-long coffee morning.
Residents are invited to pop into the cafe, which is open from 10.30am.
A spokesperson said: "We are having a week long MacMillan Cancer Support coffee morning - the cakes are great, and are selling like, err, hot cakes!
"Why not come and join us?"
