Child's sweet reward for Tilbury Port Police from 'Hit the Ambulance Gamers' Facebook fans

By Neil Speight   8th Mar 2020

OFFICERS in the Port of Tilbury Police force have spoken of their delight after being targeted with a 'random act of kndness'.

The force, one of the smallest in the country, took to social media to say thank-you after a small boy arrived at their offices at the port with gifts of sweets and a drink.

A note accompanies the gifts saying: " "Thank-you for all you do. A random Act of Kindess. You have just been hit by 'Hit The Ambulance Gamers".

The Gamers is a Facebook group which is dedicated to acknowledging the work of the emergency services.
