Clean up crews making a difference in local community

By Neil Speight 12th Oct 2020

THE benefits of community action was highlighted after another successful litter pick in Grays at the weekend.

Supporters of the Orchards Community Forum and volunteers carried out a clean-up of the area and local alleys.

A statement from the forum said: "Another alley clean. Big thanks again to everyone who turned up and helped. Thanks to our Manor Road team also.

"These cleans are producing less fly tipping. We would have four trucks full at the beginning."
