Consultation event for Corringham new homes project

By Nub News Reporter 26th Feb 2025

DEVELOPERS proposing a new homes estate with more than 300 dwellings have arranged a consultation event for local residents.

Thurrock Nub News recently reported on the application for 320 new homes in the green belt in Corringham.

The project neighbours another separate, unconnected major planned development in the north Corringham area. That application for up to 525 new homes on land north of Southend Road.

The consultation event by Telescope Property Group in relation to their plans to bring forward the Northland's View development in Corringham will take place from 3pm on Wednesday, 5 March at East Thurrock Community Association, 77 Corringham Road, Stanford-le-Hope, SS17 0NU.

Its backers say the vision for Northland's View seeks to create a sustainable and vibrant new neighbourhood extension that is well-integrated into the existing community.

The proposal includes up to 320 new homes, alongside retirement and care facilities.
