MEMBERS of Thurrock's community policing teams paid a visit to Treetops School in Grays.

They took messages about personal safety and staying safe to the students.

They were joined for the visit by police dog summer who proved extremely popular.

PCSO JoJo Mitchell said: "The visit was about how to keep safe and ask for help. The group were scared of us at first, but perseverance paid off. Thanks to my lovely colleagues and Summer."
