Corringham cop stop leads to charges

A MAN will appear in court charged with driving a car which had been taken without the owner's consent.

Tommy O'Riordan, 22, of Seabrooke Rise, Grays, will appear at Southend-on-Sea Magistrates' Court on Monday, 18 March where he will also face charges of driving with no insurance and not driving in accordance with the correct driving licence.

The charges are in connection with a vehicle stop shortly after 9.25pm on Sunday, 1 October last year when the car was being driven along Manorway in Corringham.
