THE Reach Out for Mental Health charity, which was founded in Thurrock, is seeking more volunteers to help reduce the number of suicides across the region.

Later this month, on Tuesday, 30 January, the charity will be hosting two online information sessions for potential new volunteers and that will be followed by a training session on Saturday, 3 February.

Details can be found on the group's Facebook page via this link.
