THE crowds were back in Horndon on the Hill today (Saturday, 25 June) for the return of the village's annual Feastv and Fayre.

Postponed for the past two years, the two day event was back today as roads through the village played host to a wide variety of stalls and presentations.

The village's two pubs, the Swan and the Bell, were also very busy as was the village hall and churches, were exhibitions were mounted.

Tomorrow morning the annual 10K run, an event which has raised many hundreds of thousands of pounds over the years, will be back.
