Cycle shop may become two flats

ANOTHER application has been submitted to Thurrock Council's planning committee to change shops into flats.

This time it is proposed to change a cycle and spares and repairs shop on Clarence Road, Grays into residential use.

The owner wants to create two two bedroom self-contained flats on the ground floor.
