Dartford crossing - big delays after accident in Kent

BIG delays in both directions and cancellations and diversions to bus services have been reported this afternoon at the Dartford Crossing.
The accident happened on the M25 junction with the A2 about 3pm and the knock-on effect is a build up in traffic.
Highways England reported at 3.45 there were significant delays on the approaches to the crossing from both sides and congestion has built on access roads.
Ensign Bus Company has reported 'severe delays to Route X80 due to ongoing traffic issues from the A2.'
