THURROCK Council is appealing for any information and possible dash cam footage after a lorry hit a bridge of the A13 this morning (Monday, 12 October).
The incident happened on the A13 eastbound at 11.32am this morning (Monday 12 October) as the low loader carrying a piece of plant machinery, hit the bridge as it approached the Basildon turnoff at Five Bells.
A statement from the council says: "If you have dashcam footage showing the vehicle's details, please email: [email protected]".
