Fire at industrial site is dealt with by crews from three stations

FIREFIGHTERS were called just after 9pm to a fire in an industrial building on London Road, West Thurrock, last night (Wednesday, 14 December)

On arrival, crews - who were called out from Grays, Orsett and Chelmsford - reported that a hydraulic motor in a machine was on fire and the building was smoke logged.

Crews worked to extinguish the fire by 10:06pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
