Firefighters in A13 crash rescue

THREE crews of firefighters helped deal with an incident on the A13 near Aveley today (Tuesday, 14 July).

They were called to assist at the scene of a crash involving one vehicle close to the junction with the M25.

Firefighters worked with paramedics to help release one casualty trapped in the vehicle.

The casualty was released by 12:20pm and left in the care of the ambulance service.
