PLANS have been submitted to Thurrock Council's planning department to create a new three bedroom home on a garden plot in Tilbury.

The application its to build the new dwelling on the side of the existing home at 42 Church Road.

The full application and the opportunity to comment on the application, which says that the new property will be of materials to match the existing house, can be found via this link.
