Get fit with the family through community event

A FREE and family-friendly fitness programme that will utilise one of Thurrock's open spaces will begin next month.

Jog On is a walking and jogging event that will take place at Elm Road open space in Grays, starting on Saturday, 1 February at 12 noon.

Complete beginners will be welcomed to the programme, which will run for ten weeks and is an ideal training step for those considering taking part in fun runs or other distance events.
