Grays marks 11th hour of the eleventh day....

A SHORT service of remembrance took place in Grays town centre today to mark the Armistace that ended World War II at 11am on the 11th of November 1918.

The service was attended by civic dignitaries and was led by the Rev Canon Farren Barlow. Members of Grays Thurrock Royal British leagion were also present and the Last Post and Reveille played by Dave Honeywell.
