GUESTS and volunteers came together for fun and laughter at Thurrock branch of the Re-engage charity's latest games evening.

Event organiser Paula Mullooly said: "Fun and laughter at the Re-engage Thurrock Games Night. Dodgy letters at Scrabble and beginners luck at Five Crowns for Wendy.

"Clicking needles and chatting in the Knit & Natter Corner too. A lovely way to spend a summer's evening with our lovely guests.

"As always, thank you to the volunteer drivers for giving up their time to support and care for our guests. I really appreciate it."

Regional organiser Loraine Coleman added: "A very big thank you to Paula for organising these wonderful monthly Games Nights for our Re-engage Thurrock guests.

"It's so lovely to see the fun, laughter, friendship and companionship these evenings bring. From Scrabble and Five Crowns to the Knit & Natter Corner, there really is something for everyone!

"These special evenings mean so much to our guests and are a wonderful opportunity for everyone to come together, have fun and enjoy each other's company.
