Hare coursing link to police probe

POLICE are probing an incident near Bulphan last week which has been reported as a group pf people hare coursing.

A Landrover which was not taxed or MOTed became stuck on land.

A police statement says: "We are investigating reports of criminal damage at an address in Harrow Lane, Bulphan.

"Early on Wednesday, 22 December, the suspect's vehicle became stuck on the victim's land in Harrow Lane, Bulphan.  It is believed they were hare coursing.

"It was reported to us at 9.30am. Our enquiries are ongoing.

"Anyone with information is asked to call 101 citing incident 230 of December 22."
