Have you seen Shacks? Police seek former prisoner

POLICE are looking for a man last known to be living in Tilbury but with strong connections across the borough.

Shaquan Brooks, 24, is wanted on a recall to prison after breaching his licence conditions.

Also known as Shacks, he was last known to be living in Tilbury and has links to Grays, Southend and Dagenham.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Essex Police's Operation Raptor West team by calling 101 or via Crimestoppers UK by calling 0800 555 111 or visiting crimestoppers-uk.org.
